The following payment methods are accepted:
Bank transfer: please refer to the registration form for bank details. All payments must be made free of charges to the PSCC 2016. All bank charges and commissions are paid by the participants. Please inform your bank about this when ordering the transfer.
Invoices will be sent via email (to the email specified on the registration form) as a PDF attachment. In order to receive an invoice on behalf of a company or organisation you must state this in the registration form. If the bank transfer is ordered by a natural person, it is not possible an invoice to a company or organisation to be issued afterwards.
The name of the delegate and the conference title “PSCC 2016” must be included in the payment reference.
Conference registration fees are to be paid in the currency stated on the event registration form (Euros).
Credit Card: by Visa and Mastercard (no other cards are actually accepted). Credit card payments will be charged in the currency of the conference and this cost will be converted to the currency of your credit card by your credit card company.
We take receipt of a completed registration form (online) as acceptance of the cancellation terms and conditions as stipulated below and on the registration form.
Written cancellation of a delegate place must be received by the PSCC 2016 Conference Secretary before the cancellation deadline date (stipulated on the event registration form) in order for the delegate fee to be refunded. Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
Cancellations relating to conference accommodation bookings are the responsibility of the delegate and must be made direct with the hotel.
